The 9/11 Memorial Museum Store is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All proceeds from your purchases directly support the National September 11 Memorial & Museum and its educational mission.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached, including the original packing slip.

• 2.
  Contact Customer Support

  Email our support team or call our service line to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
